I’ve always liked doing this with my kids, and they definitely enjoy it as well. Little amounts, lots of choices, nothing touching, a kids dream. Who knew there was a whole internet movement surrounding it, though!?! Facebook, flickr, and a blog, too! I will jump right in, then, and show off a muffin tin meal we had last week. When I put this on the table, the kids were literally silent for at least 4 minutes as they stuffed their faces. Emma prided herself in trying things from EACH of the sections (as some of you know, she is not known for her adventurous eating). Good stuff….

Yummy! Everything looks great!
I love how you mixed and matched for each child. What a great lunch.
I feel out of it. I didn’t know muffin tin eating was a thing. It sounds like a pretty cool idea though.
Very nice! We just got back into doing muffin tins a couple of weeks ago. The kids were thrilled.
I really didn’t think about the aspect of kids liking it because the foods weren’t touching – that is true. I have to modify my 5 year old’s tin a bit, too.
Now that sounds like something my kids would love! Especially my picky eater. I will have to try it sometime.
Oooooo, love it. I wonder if that would work with my little guy . . .
The tins look delish and so healthy, perfect!
I love this idea! How easy is that. Bummer that I only have 12 hole tins. I’ll need to head out and get the little six hole ones. This is perfect!
BTW, thanks so much for stopping by Heligirl today. I love that you took the time to look around. And I’m so psyched to have “met” you. I love your blog too. Lots of BEAUTIFUL photos and great ideas. I’m bookmarking and hope to be back soon!
